Biographies on the USBTA website are split into two sections:  part that is visible by default, and a second section visible only when the Read More link is clicked.  We divide bio content for space, but if you have a preference on where to divide it, supply the text in the appropriate box below.

If you do not have a headshot photo taken by USBTA, you may provide one here.  If you have your biography in a Microsoft Word or PDF document, you can upload that here as well.
